[Tagging] Delete vs Removed LSP?

Just to remind everyone that these things happen:
I once inserted an entire motorway junction, including payment booths and
roofs and everything, only to receive shortly afterwards a message from a
co-mapper, that the motorway junction in question had been demolished.
