[Tagging] Delete vs Removed LSP?

By looking at reports like the post hoc report for postboxes it seems A lot
of areas don't have anyone mapping objects like that at all. Adding them
via mapillary is a good way of getting them on the map and maybe light
users can help fill in the details, eg someone who only uses StreetComplete
