[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - ticket validators

Well, the reason to deprecate is because they will be replaced by amenity=ticket_validator. So you can use amenity=ticket_validator  + barrier=gate/turnstile. Aslo, you can use amenity=ticket_validator without combining it with a barrier tag.

And the reason for the proposal proces is because this would allow the amenity tag to be used together with a barrier tag and as a node on a highway (for routing). Also, via this I want to officially mark this tag as a solution for the problems described in the rationale.

tag is already documented and in use, and seems not controversial,
I see no benefit from formal approval

Why? There are ticket validator without ticket gate turnstiles
