[Tagging] oneway bike lanes and tracks

I agree that in the majority of cases bicycle lanes follow this "default".
It is less clear-cut in the case of cycleway track.
Then we have the case of shared foot-cycleways, which are mostly
bicycle-two-way, in particular when there
Is only one on one side of the road. They exist in lane and separate track
versions.
The shared variety is not mentioned in Bicycle wiki page. And this in my
area the most widely used one.
On that same page only the pictures imply the oneway default.
What I would like to suggest is that this oneway default business be
explained in the text.
(Is this applicable worldwide?).
When we do that we should also include the the shared foot-cycle
lanes/tracks.
Another issue not mentioned in the wiki page is that in many (or only
some?) countries there are at two different cycle lanes (painted on the
road surface): the "real" ones and the "soft" ones. The legal differences
can be important. This also create problems with Street Complete when users
play that game in jurisdictions they don't know.
Sorry about rambling on, but mapping cycling infrastructure is full of
surprises.
