[Tagging] Water park smaller inventory: attraction, playground or other?

While the large attraction=water_slide is being well established for such major water park
inventory, I wonder how to tag the smaller things.

First, how would you call this device in English?

German "Wasserpilz", so I found "Water mushroom" or "Water umbrella".

Second, how to tag. Should we keep that as attraction=*, or is it rather a device in the "water
playground", so we go for a playground=* tag?

Similar devices might include fountains, small waterfalls, counterflow/counter current systems, what
else?
