[Tagging] Difference between man_made=mineshaft (disused=yes) and historic=mine_shaft?

Very relevant to Cornwall where there are many such, some of which are
downright dangerous. I have mapped several. I can't remember whether
I also added a hazard tag, but that seems very relevant, but underused.
