[Tagging] Difference between man_made=mineshaft (disused=yes) and historic=mine_shaft?

As there is no other option mapper put the square peg in the round hole.

So .. as nothing else is offered they all go here... thus the key 
'historic' is undone.

If mappers had some other choice then who knows.. they could then use it.
