[Tagging] Hills Hoist cloths dryers

Hi

I recently came across a 'Hills Hoist' ( a brand name that commonly 
refers to all of these for similar products in Australia) in satellite 
imagery and so I mapped it using

amenity=clothes_dryer, from taginfo some 300 uses world wide

clothes_dryer=umbrella none of these


The Russian wiki documents clothes_dryer=umbrella.

However I think these are the 'foldable' versions of the fixed 'Hills 
Hoist'.


They seem to be named as 'rotary' see;

both non foldable and foldable.

I think the Russian 'umbrella' wording refers to the folding ability of 
some of them. But this has another tag

clothes_dryer;foldable=yes


So I have adopted the tagging of


amenity=clothes_dryer

clothes_dryer=rotary

Done some ~5 of these, 1 private, the rest in camp sites.


Any comments/suggestions?
