[Tagging] changeset tag for automated/mecanical edit

Hello,

a work had been done a few years ago to make
an inventory of all changeset tags in use [1]

for mecanical/autoamted edit, There are at least two that deserve
a better consensus:

1) a tag that describe that's is a mecanical edit
I have see mecanical=yes reviwed=no type=mecanical
what's did you think ? I like the idea of type
but not the word type itself (due to its use for relation)

2) a tag that describe the scope of the edit
I was using scope=* and I also see is_in
is this tag better to describe the scope ?
