[Tagging] stiles

Hello all,

just letting you know that I made some (hopefully) improvements on
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:barrier%3Dstile#Stile_type,
because I was preparing a video about mapping them and found the article
only partly helpful and partly confusing.

There are quite a few stile=fence and stile=wall and even stile=barrier
according to taginfo which doesn't make an awful lot of sense, but
obviously, I cannot correct them without ground truth. Maybe there
should be a "Common mapping mistakes" section in that article including
those as well.

I've added stile=ramblers_gate as well, because it is one of the
suggestions in the iD editor, and luckily I found images on Wikicommons.
I don't think we have them in Ireland, but I thought it be better to
include them in the documentation. Wikipedia calls it "Rambler Gate", btw.
