the last public stat I found, made after the modification in question, 
showed that in practice there were 4 different tags in use.
You'll see more clearly after the stat upgrade

I dind't said that the code of conduct doesn't have it.
I said that the tag was undocumented, and if you see a changeset
with this tag, it was not fast-forward to find its meaning
