[Tagging] changeset tag for automated/mecanical edit

you list 2 tags yourself (one of which was undocumented until today)
  I forgot to list one of them in my message but the non-uniqueness
of the tag concerned is precisely what I was saying in my message,
not to mention the 2 other tags found in the latest stats on changeset tags
I'm going to make more recent stats to see if the other 2 are a 
complement to the 2 imposed by the code of conduct or if they are missing.
In any case 4 tags to describe the same thing, it's not practical
