FWIW, with very low usage values, taginfo says no:

https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/search?q=ramblers_gate#values

even if you discount the ones I've mapped after finding out what they
were called.  Personally, I don't think it really matters whether it's
"stile=ramblers_gate" or "stile=squeezer; squeezer=ramblers_gate, so
let's stick with what's already in the database.

They present a very different finger-trapping hazard when compared to a
regular squeezer stile, but do allow a more generously-proportioned
rambler through.  Right now I suspect that many are tagged as something
else because there are relatively few of them (I'm sure I've missed
lots).  Where they are in use locally, it tends to be that a a big
estate has replaced all the old wooden stiles on their land with them.

By all means - but you may also think that it's such a rare value (see
https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/stile#values ) that it's not
worth offering.
