[Tagging] How to map a raccard?

Hi there.

In the Portuguese community there was a question this week about how to
map a raccard [1].
I made a quick search in taginfo and I found a man_made=raccard tag with
historic=yes + building=farm_auxiliary.

I would like to create a proposal and a wiki for this building, which is
so present in several countries around the world.
My proposal is to use man_made=raccard + building=yes (+ historic=yes if
it has some historic significance).
Or just building=raccard, if we consider raccards as buildings which
have clearly identifiable characteristics.

Any suggestions?
