I never see any desalination plants in real life.
when you see it, it's a fact it's a desalination plants ?
I suppose I'll think *ho it's a water work" and maybe I have
no idea if it's a desalination plants or if it's making drinking
water by pumping water from the groundwater table or both
especially as the difference is sometimes limited to
an reverse omosis, everything else exists in both cases.
