[Tagging] fix the suggestion for replacement for pipeline=marker into marker=* + subject=pipeline ?

Hi,

The idea looks very much okay to me, but I am not into utility markers at
all, so I didn't feel safe to contribute.

Just hiking trail symbol markings, which are not usually mapped as features
in themselves. I hope this proposal does not extend to those.

I do encounter a lot of markers on my hiking sprees, usually I don't know
what they indicate, and with your proposed tagging I can map them.
subject=* sounds too vague/broad to me.
It's probably because there are markers for other things than utilities.
