[Tagging] fix the suggestion for replacement for pipeline=marker into marker=* + subject=pipeline ?

pipeline=marker seems clearly preferable to me

and relies on bad assumption that people will always be able to tag and want to
tag specific utility of pipeline

I would support undeprecating it, or at least noting problems on the page.
