[Tagging] fix the suggestion for replacement for pipeline=marker into marker=* + subject=pipeline ?

I mapped pipeline marker only few times, I never was sure what is in
pipeline (likely gas, but not sure enough to tag it)

- claiming that pipeline=marker is a deprecated tag- not describing alternative to it

I think that either of this things should be fixed.
