[Tagging] fix the suggestion for replacement for pipeline=marker into marker=* + subject=pipeline ?

Is it really beneficial to create more

Maybe better to stop deprecation of pipeline=marker 
(and use marker=yes if someone maps marker without being aware of its
meaning)
