[Tagging] Dojo tag (was: Feature proposal - Approved - deprecate embassy=embassy)

I'll say that amenity=dojo is a bit "wet" in that it is a wide and generously-applied category.  My friends' dojo is a dojo, just straight up how everybody calls it.  We know that word smears a bit.  Other local facilities like it (some of which ARE Japanese) are "roughly" the same thing:  a martial-arts practice zone/facility.  Node, yes.  Wrapped around a building as a polygon tag, OK, I can see that, too.  Both?  Well, maybe you want to split it out into Zen-branches or something, but OK, I can get there too.  Let the data be proportional to how much is known, which is kind of how data grow up, especially when well-pruned as they approach maturity.

The tag amenity=dojo on a node?  That says a lot right there.
