[Tagging] Proposed feature - Voting - Power transformers classification refinement

Hi Joseph,

It's true it can be better with pictures.
I've added two of them in rationale chapter to better illustrate proposed
tags (main/aux and windings:auto)

Let me know if another point misses an illustration.
