[Tagging] It seems that opening_hours:covid19=* tag is a bad idea, right?

indeed. From various discussions I also took away that this particular rule
is not an absolute rule in terms of time, according to the area and the
contributors, it is often accepted that people who commit to checking back
frequently, in their "active area", may add rather short-term changes (not
talking about hours or few days) because they "guarantee" that it will be
updated as soon as it changes.
