Crazy-cool. I love a geeky solution (grep, heh, love it!), especially as it is a solution! (Not everybody does, oh, well).

I know it would be nice if Google made stuff (like indexing) happen for OSM auto-magically, but we're used to Alphabet not doing things for us, so we can continue to do the (sometimes heavy) lifting ourselves. Sometimes that's getting geeky, but not always. What's nice about OSM is how helpful people are around here.

Sometimes that's letting what is said here wash all over oneself (I have recently felt this firehose pretty heavy-strength) and "sink in," becoming part of how we better "do" OSM going forward. I don't think I'm the only one this is happening to; there is a fair bit of "sinking in" going on.

Regarding copyleft of my / our posts here, see previous, please. There's more than one way to peruse the knowledge / assent / agreement / harmony (I hesitate to use the word consensus) that we have distilled here. It's here, if you know to look for it. It may not be convenient for specific tools, but "the truth is out here." There is some disagreement, too, yes, but I'm happy to focus on the wheat rather than the chaff. And, the bread smells nice in the oven, by the way.
