[Tagging] Feature proposal - Approved - Transformer classification extension

Dear all,

Vote is now closed on the transformer classification proposal.
19 yes votes and 1 abstain is really great despite a very technical topic.

The proposal got the approved status and documentation will be updated
accordingly.
Obviously, no automatic nor massive re-tagging are planed or encouraged.

Good points has been raised in comments during the vote and will be copied
