[Tagging] RFC #2: Lake, pond, and reservoir proposal

What you describe as "farm ponds", is that the same as cattle tanks (in
ranch country)?  I have also encountered those on farms, where you have a
small dam on a mostly-dry stream that catches water when it rains.  I've
been tagging them as intermittent reservoirs because that's how GNIS (data
source in the USA) describes it.  But they could also reasonably qualify as
a basin.  So far I've left that case to the margin, but I'd be interested
to hear what other people think about these, especially since I live very
far away from where these tend to exist!
