[Tagging] Tagging parts of a hospitals

I would second the maintag:part=yes concept. It would indicate that the
feature (be it a building, a fixture, or whatever else) is serving as part
of something larger, and isn't a feature in itself. If allowed to have
values, it could signify WHAT part that is - hospital:part=covid_ward, for
example.
