[Tagging] Traffic signal warning lights?

Just adding my two cents worth of observation. The first cent: the "warning lights" in the photo are of the sort which flash as the "ahead signal" is turning yellow / amber. Not continuing to flash with red, as "stopped" traffic will cause traffic further back to stop without signals (well, maybe brake lights on the car ahead). The second cent: pedestrian crossings which cause this similar warning to flash are activated for automobile traffic when a pedestrian (sometimes cyclist) pushes a button on one side of the carriageway to precede crossing. I'm not a traffic light engineer, but I have seen / participated in these behaviors (pushing buttons, standing in the right place at night to notice the flashes activate when yellow / amber happens on the signal).

I don't know if that helps OSM, but they both (whether pedestrian activated or simply "around a curve") appear to be similar, with the difference that one is button-activated, the other is "yellow / amber activated."
