[Tagging] How to tag a "seasonal" path passable only after mowing

That's not sufficient as there are plenty of places where grass is the
surface, but they are reasonably maintained or so frequently used that the
bicycles act as lawnmowers.
My main point is tagging the fact that a path or track is only
intermittently usable.
