I changed the status to deprecated on the page
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:vending%3Dparcel_pickup
Also on this page I added a deprecation follow-up table where I list all
the steps needed to properly deprecate this tag.
I already started:
- translate the documentation in French for the new approved tag
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/FR:Tag:amenity%3Dparcel_locker
- make requests to JOSM, iD, Vespucci and NSI to support the transition
- ...

Help is welcome to finish this.
