I'm not. Why? I is clear. There is only one ISCED-Level. The 1997 or 2011 only indicates the version. However, the latest version remains compulsorily valid and has allowed the old version to expire.

Yes, there are some other ISCED-Level; But these don't rely to the amenity at itself.
ISCED-A classifies a degree you have got. So it is not relevant to a school or something else.
ISCED-P is the main "programm"-classification that is offerd by an educational amenity. Normaly the isced-a of your degree match with the isced-p of the school/university ;)
And ISCED-F (after ISCED-F:2013) is the field. This could be intresting to add then a isced_f:level too.

Because this confusion, I would oppose this interval-writing. Only semikolons should be allowed.
