I thought about that but the values would need to be different based on the
mode, would a suffix key like that would imply that the set of possible
values are the same regardless of mode?
For example motor_vehile values would be something like standard clearance
vehicle okay, high clearance vehicle ok, snorkel only.
If having different values depending on the suffix is okay, then yeah I'll
change it to a suffix where the term is the same as the access mode terms
(but each with their own defined values).
