[Tagging] In water farming on rafts?

Yes, I did notice that (& sorry, should have mentioned them as well) but it
also says:

"a long, narrow structure extending into the water to afford a berthing
place for vessels, to serve as a promenade, etc."

They're not for mooring vessels, or to walk on / along (except occasionally
for Council staff).

Of course, it does say "etc", so that could be amended to include moored
rafts used for various purposes?
