The problem is that there is no way to know that from the tags itself, 
so, to quote Martin

"just another exception of common A=B B=C, C=D tagging"

Which in practical terms implies it has to be hardwired (as in 
explicitly catered for in code and configuration) in anything that 
attempts matching objects based on the tags. And naturally it needs to 
be documented in the wiki.
