[Tagging] Documenting entrance=shop

1) happens 236 times worldwide ( https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1j1Y ) so is quite rare
2) I would consider it as two primary objects tagged together and in general as
 invalid tagging.
For example https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/9204992513 was
clearly incorrect and I just fixed it (and asked original mapper just in case that
it was actually correct)
3) though I can imagine that in some cases it may be defensible where products
are sold through an entrance, with buyers on sidewalk outside building?
