entrance=main can also be used on a shop. No need for entrance=shop?

A factory complex can be made up of factory units each with an
entrance=main. Similarly a mall can have individual shop each of them
with an entrance=main on each shop.

So I don't see the need for entrance=shop nor entrance=home, the
entrance still servers the function of 'main' for each facility. If you
disagree then you must also support entrances for schools, colleges,
universities, hospitals, doctors, dentists etc etc etc.. Rendering?
