[Tagging] Deprecating school=entrance in favour of entrance=yes

In this case it is pretty clear that school=entrance is no longer being
used regularly. It does not appear to be used by any projects.
The chronology chart in taginfo (
https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/school=entrance#chronology) shows no
increased usage since mid 2014.
In that time entrance=yes has gone from less than 1/2 million to more than
1.5 million uses.
I would feel comfortable noting school=entrance as deprecated.
But since there is currently no wiki page to document it, you would have to
start a page just to mention that it is not recommended.
