[Tagging] Twisted semantics of entrance=exit and entrance=emergency

Hi all,

I find the twisted semantics of entrance=exit and entrance=emergency[1] 
quite off-putting.

If it is explicitly not an entrance, why should it be tagged under 
entrance=*?

I think exit=yes and exit=emergency make much more sense semantically.

For reference these are the current object counts according to taginfo:

entrance=exit (8,826 total)
exit=yes (21,033 total)

entrance=emergency (15,063 total)
exit=emergency (437 total)

What do you think about this? Personally I'd welcome a proposal to 
encourage the more semantically sound tagging with exit=*.
