[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - information=qr_code

Hi all,

I came across QR codes as a form of tourism=information in Wales, and
I'd like to propose to map them as information=qr_code. Please find the

I've also contacted the company/ project historypoints.org to see
whether they would work with OSM UK in providing the locations. However,
I don't want to get involved with that, because I have enough to do in
Ireland, and I also don't know how to import data like that.
