[Tagging] Dual carriageway T-intersections best practice

Hello all,

I'm looking to improve the Junctions wikipage with an example of a 
dual-carriageway T-intersection, and I want to confirm my understanding 
of best practice before modifying such a foundational article.

I believe the most common method is to keep the name and road heirarchy 
type consistent within the intersection

and this is what I would intend to document. Other methods (Alternate 1 
[1], Alternate 2 [2]), while not entirely incorrect, are not the 
preferred method

Is this assumption correct?
