[Tagging] Consensus switching away from mailinglists? Was: Time to split the list?

This seems to be an obsolete thing...digests need to be split into
individual messages in order to be replied to without breaking threading,
since the individual messages are what contain the headers required for
preserving threads.  Replying to the digest directly instead of breaking
out the messages first *does* break threads every time.
