Uh, aren't bicycles vehicles? (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle)

Or did you mean "cars only" instead of "vehicles only"?
Or perhaps "all motorized (land) vehicles"? (e.g. cars, buses, motorcycles, snowmobiles...)

If latter, how do you categorize motorized bicycles of various kinds, e.g.
Moped/Mofa/Pedelec/... ?
