I meant vehicles, like in "The oneway tag is used to indicate the access restriction on highways and other linear features for vehicles as appropriate."
I think that in a lot of countries, the basic oneway sign on roads is dedicated to every vehicle using the road, including bycicles. Am I mistaken?
