[Tagging] Time limited parking without typical disk

Do you have a real example for this?

If I want to use the information in osm for planning, then it would be
important to know whether I need a special app for parking or not. This
would be the important content of any tag.

I know places where you can use an app as an alternative to an existing
ticket vending machine, which is not comparable to a parking disc -
which is free.

This is already included in the wiki and tagged as parking:condition=ticket

I could imagine that there can exist private parkings where you would be
obliged to have a proprietary app for this place - this would need a
special tag; never seen that in real.

Also I haven't seen a place where you can use a parking free of charge
for a limited time using an app for register to that parking. This would
be the case where you'd need a special tag, if a parking disc wouldn't
be accepted. Is it probable that such thing exists? Why creating the
digital infrastructure without letting people pay for that. It would be
more probable that you could use the place for a little time free and
pay afterwards. Then it looks like the situation of
"parking:condition=ticket", payment:app=yes (maybe: payment:cash=no if
not possible...)
