[Tagging] leisure=sports_centre tagging

PS: There is a somewhat similar case of two public downhill mountain
biking tracks in the woods that someone tagged leisure=sports_centre:

If someone wants to map a feature that doesn't have a tag yet, please
don't misuse an existing tag. Otherwise, if more and more people do
so, the original tag and the features that are tagged with it loose
their meaning, which results in a loss of data quality and a waste of
other mappers precious time, because a new tag for the original
meaning has to be created and all features have to be checked again.
