[Tagging] leisure=sports_centre tagging

Hi!

A sports centre (or leisure centre) is a public complex with various
sports or exercise facilities. As your example isn't public (it is
tagged access=private) and consists only of a swimming pool and
(judging from the satellite images) a wading pool, it isn't a sports
centre.
