[Tagging] how to map a horse box café

They have become very popular since COVID, it seems, horse boxes turned
mini food vans mostly serving coffee. Sometimes, they are mobile and
taken home at the end of the day, but some are left in place. Some might
be left there for the season, like a semi-permanent structure.

amenity=café + café=van,

would that be okay or do we have to be more precise about the horse box
and its possible semi-permanence? It would be difficult to determine how
permanent they are, when you just come across it on a hiking trail, like
I did today.
