[Tagging] how to map a horse box café

If the feature is unlikely to be there in a few weeks, I'd rather not see
it on the map and plan a trip to it, only to find it long gone.
As for the horse-boxiness... What difference does it make? We don't have
tags for mobile cafes built on bikes, trikes, camper vans or wheelbarrows,
either.
