[Tagging] discrepancy between wiki page "Bicycle" and wiki page "key:cycleway:lane"

Martin,
you are right - my statements are not precise. I am referring to the
English-langage version of the "Bicycle" page, not the entire wiki.
For me that page should cover directly or list pointers to, all aspect of
bicycle-related tagging.
