[Tagging] Honesty Boxes / (incl. Schnappsbrunnen in Schwarzwald)? (unstaffed “shops“ selling things based on honour system)

The farm next door sells vegetables this way.
They also have a 'Smart Accounting Book', a simple file where you write your name and balance, very handy when you come in with no change but a big note.
