[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - net for sports pitches

I think the tag is very helpful. I'd find it a pity if we'd not be able
to approve a simple yes/no tag.

Yes, in some cases, it may be more complicated than that, but what about
the majority of cases where the answer is very clear and simple?

You could argue in similar fashion against almost all other tagging schemes:
- sidewalk=left/right/both : What if it exists only on 90% of the length?
- covered=yes/no : What if it is only partially of sometimes covered?
- internet=yes/no : What if only some parts of the cafe have wifi?
- capacity=* for a parking lot: What if it doesn't have clear markings
and depending on the size of vehicles and the way people park it can
hold anything from 40 to 50 cars?
- colour=* : What if some parts of the building have a different colour?
- the list could go on forever

For any tagging scheme given, you will always be able to construct cases
where they break.
